Hi, I’m Kate Cox, a registered nutritional therapist. My life used to be controlled by my IBD until I found the right information and support. I now help those suffering from IBD improve their health so they can heal and flourish again. I practice personalised nutrition and lifestyle medicine which is grounded in scientific evidence to positively enhance the lives of my clients.
